its not about being so insecure that i need to find a girlfriend to give my life meaning.

its about looking for someone to spend time with, to care for and love and to know that she loves me in return.

i guess im just a bit lonely, and even with all these friends around, you cant really make up for that gap.

so all that whining and pining all over the place isnt really a sign of desperation. its more a symptom of a guy trying to find a companion to spend some time with. not just a casual little fling(my god the opportunities the past few weeks presented...) but a solid, serious and meaningful relationship.
